Also known as the 60 hour course.  The course helps you meet the education requirements of Florida Statue 489.111 and substitutes for three years of experience. This is not an exam prep course (it does not address the business portion of the exam, it does not prepare you for the exam and it does not provide you with the books you need for the exam).

All four modules must be taken together in one pre-licensure program. Taking courses
offered elsewhere will not count toward the pre-license requirement.

The price for non-members is $2200 plus a $300 enrollment fee; FSPA member price is $2200 plus $50 enrollment fee. Member price is offered to all existing members. The price includes course manual and workbook, handouts and FPPSSM certificate (must pass open book exam). The course will be held on the following dates.

Module 1: August 16-18, 2018, Sarasota
Module 2: August 31 – Sept. 1, Sarasota
Module 3: Sept. 21 – 22, Sarasota
Module 4: Oct. 5 – 6, Sarasota
