The East Central Chapter will be holding its 4th Annual Chapter Silent Auction on June 11 during our meeting sponsored by HornerXpress. As always, our meetings are from 6:30 p.m. –
8:00 p.m. and $15 includes dinner and a soft drink. We had originally been scheduled to be at The Table in Deland but because of the live auction, the Board has decided to keep it at Houligans. The proceeds from this event stay local and help make our Chapter as healthy as can be. The FSPA is committed to industry advancement, awareness and success. With your help we can ensure these goals are met. We are looking for various items that pool builders, service professionals and those in our industry would like to bid on…even restaurant gift certificates, they always go for big bucks. Thank you to our fellow members at the YMCA for hosting a CPR training for our East Central Chapter members. We had a great time and there are now five more people in the world that are able to help in times of need!
Grab all your employees who are looking to gain their FPPS certification and save the date! Thank you to Board member Jeff Clarkson, Vak Pak, who will be the instructor of this 16 hour course. The dates are Wednesday, June 12
from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.; Thursday, June 13 from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.; and Saturday, June 15 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The class is at Mudville Grille (small River Room) in the St Nicholas Shopping Center, 3105 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville. Contact Diane to get more details. More details will also be sent out to everyone soon. Our Education Scholarship Program is eligible for reimbursement for this class.

Reminder to submit your applications for educational reimbursement up to $350 per selected applicant per quarter based on a point system geared to create Chapter involvement, community enrichment and continuing education. Contact Diane to receive the program paperwork for you, your employees, family members or community members.
All meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Dinner cost is covered with a $15 donation. Please be sure to bring guest!
