NPC Start-Up Technician Re-Certification Class at IPSP

The NPC requires all certified start-up technicians to be re-certified every three years. The recertification program will review the essentials of good start-up practices learned during the original start-up class as well as review the latest changes to the NPC Start-up card. Each student will learn how to “test their test kits” with standard reference solutions. In addition, focus will be placed on the method of calculations required to determine the carbonate alkalinity required to calculate the Langelier Saturation Index. A short 25 question exam will be given at the end of the class. The instructor for this class is Greg Garrett who has taught the majority of the NPC Start-Up Classes.

$315 NPC Member, $515 Non- NPC Member Advance; after 9/15 $365 NPC Member, $565 Non-NPC Member

The scholarship application for the 2018-2019 FSPA Scholarship Program is ready!  Dependents of owners or company employees (of 2+ years) are welcome to download the application.  All materials are due in the office by June 29.  Spread the word to any company staff with graduating high schoolers or college students.
