Why choose a FSPA member?

We have done some of the work for you!

  1. License and insurance verified (when required). Upon joining and during annual renewal, the FSPA confirms the company has a licensed professional when required (water maintenance doesn’t need one, but repairs and building do). A copy of liability insurance and workers’ compensation (or an exemption) is also submitted.
  2. No unresolved consumer complaints. Membership isn’t just a payment. Applicants are researched to find any complaints against their license, filed with the Better Business Bureau or significant issues in online reviews. Unresolved issues can prevent approval.
  3. Code of ethics. FSPA members agree to a code of ethics when they join.  Ethics complaints can result in membership termination.
  4. Education and information. FSPA members have access to free education for everyone in the company, as well as, access to information, tips and best practices through weekly emails and a monthly magazine.

FSPA members are swimming pool builders, swimming pool maintenance and service professionals, swimming pool retail stores and other professions related to swimming pools.
