Thank you for your help!  We would prefer it if monitors choose one room and will be responsible for monitoring all of the courses in that room for that day. To make your room selection and find out all the details, contact Kate Vella (Kate@FloridaPoolPro.com / 800-548-6774).

As a monitor your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Arriving at the meeting room prior to start time to ensure that the speakers are set-up and all their audio visual needs have been met.
  • Check in attendees that are scheduled to attend the course. Check in will require attendees to present photo identification at the door.
  • Give attendees an evaluation form and copy of the course syllabus.
  • Ensure that the instructor and attendees sign the attendance roster.
  • Read the instructor announcement prior to the class beginning.
  • Monitor seminar time to make sure seminars begin and end promptly.
  • Collect attendee course tickets as they leave the meeting room.
  • Clear speakers/attendees from meeting room when course is complete.
  • Monitor the doors to be sure that no one arrives later or leaves early.
